Programme Outline – Friday 21 and Saturday 21 October

Location: Mount Saint Anne’s Retreat and Conference Centre, Killenard, Portarlington, Co. Laois.

Step 1 – Friday afternoon (12.30 – 6pm): Slow down to perform with more purpose (Seamus Power – HeartMath and Connection)

Give yourself space and time to experience what it feels like to slow down and step away from your normal busy routine and allow new innovative ideas to emerge.

Step 2 – Saturday morning (8.30 – 1pm) Create and embed new insights within yourself and your team (Pascale Lutz – Vision Board and Clarity)

Convert new innovations and ideas, into a concrete blueprint for action. Create an unshakeable foundation within you, and within your teams, that fuels on-going and sustained success.

Step 3 – Saturday afternoon (2pm – 6pm): Implement your renewed vision with conviction and clarity (Sue Landsberg – Acting with Intent)

Learn how to implement and harness the benefits of your new insights with practical tools that will enhance how you better serve yourself, your business, and other important people in your life.

Post-event follow up

Seamus, Pascale and Sue will host two smaller group check-in sessions with participants. These sessions create a space to work on questions that may have arisen since our time together in the room in Mount Saint Anne’s. Each participant will have the option of joining one of these follow up session and take place, typically, no more than 2 weeks after our time together.
